Associate Resolute Hospital Billing Application Analyst

About the role

Windrose Staffing Group is looking for an analyst to join our Resolute Hospital Billing team. You'll own build, maintenance, and optimization for your application area, partner with operational stakeholders, and occasionally explain — calmly — why that change request needs a change request.

What you'll do

• Design, build, test, and document system configuration for Resolute Hospital Billing
• Triage and resolve incidents and service requests in your queue
• Translate operational workflows into sane, supportable build
• Participate in upgrade testing, release management, and the on-call rotation
• Collaborate with training, reporting, and interface teams

What we're looking for

• Current certification in Resolute Hospital Billing (or certification within 6 months of hire)
• 2+ years of application analysis experience in a healthcare setting
• Working knowledge of clinical or revenue-cycle operations
• The ability to write a ticket update a human being can read

Work arrangement

Fully remote within the US. Quarterly on-site weeks for go-lives and team planning.
