About the role
Saltmarsh Community Hospital is looking for an analyst to join our Security & Access team. You'll own build, maintenance, and optimization for your application area, partner with operational stakeholders, and occasionally explain — calmly — why that change request needs a change request.
What you'll do
- Design, build, test, and document system configuration for Security & Access
- Triage and resolve incidents and service requests in your queue
- Translate operational workflows into sane, supportable build
- Participate in upgrade testing, release management, and the on-call rotation
- Collaborate with training, reporting, and interface teams
What we're looking for
- Current certification in Security & Access (or certification within 6 months of hire)
- 2+ years of application analysis experience in a healthcare setting
- Working knowledge of clinical or revenue-cycle operations
- The ability to write a ticket update a human being can read
