Epic Security & Access Analyst

About the role

Harborlight Children's Hospital is looking for an analyst to join our Security & Access team. You'll own build, maintenance, and optimization for your application area, partner with operational stakeholders, and occasionally explain — calmly — why that change request needs a change request.

What you'll do

• Design, build, test, and document system configuration for Security & Access
• Triage and resolve incidents and service requests in your queue
• Translate operational workflows into sane, supportable build
• Participate in upgrade testing, release management, and the on-call rotation
• Collaborate with training, reporting, and interface teams

What we're looking for

• Current certification in Security & Access (or certification within 6 months of hire)
• 2+ years of application analysis experience in a healthcare setting
• Working knowledge of clinical or revenue-cycle operations
• The ability to write a ticket update a human being can read

Work arrangement

Fully remote within the US. Quarterly on-site weeks for go-lives and team planning.
